Welcome to Euan Ross Personal Training, providing services in East Linton and Dunbar, East Lothian.

Your motivations for seeking out a personal trainer will be as unique as you are.  As such, the training needs to be unique to you and it needs to fit in alongside everything else life throws at you.  A successful exercise programme is bespoke to you and one you can adhere to for the long term.

 

For these reasons, right from the first contact, my aim is to understand YOU; your goals, what makes you tick, your strengths, weaknesses, likes and dislikes.  Your history of injuries and any health issues that need to be considered.  And importantly, the time you have for exercise.

Working with me you'll gain my full commitment to help you achieve your goals, whatever they are.  Because that's what motivates me.  We all look for job satisfaction, a purpose to our work.  And for me it's; seeing people succeed, doing the things they didn't think possible, achieving their full potential and knowing I played a small part in that.

I demand a lot of myself to achieve my goals.  I'm dedicated, determined and disciplined in my fitness and training, applying the same principles to progressing my clients to enable them to achieve their health and fitness goals too.  In return I hope to see the same level of commitment from my clients.

Full disclosure.  All personal training sessions with me are held outdoors, either in East Linton Memorial Park or covered and protected from the elements at Hallhill, Dunbar (the 4J Studios Team East Lothian training facility).

 

Benefit from fresh air, sunshine*, Vitamin D, open space, trees, the smell of freshly cut grass, birds chirping and the occasional inquisitive visit from a friendly dog.  The mental and physical health benefits of simply being outdoors, connecting with nature are well understood.  You can review some of the 114,000,000 Google search results if you need convincing.

 

*Ok, so there's the odd session in the rain and it's a bit fresher in the winter.  Although having done this for many years, I can honestly say, surprisingly they are few and far between.
