DELIVER A RETURN ON YOUR INVESTMENT

Unlike some other personal trainers, my goal is not to retain you as a client for as long as possible.  Rather my aims are to:

  1. Deliver the results you are looking for, in the minimum amount of time

  2. Transform the way you approach your health & fitness, and help form new healthy habits that stick

  3. Arm you with the knowledge, confidence and motivation to continue your journey on your own

  4. Ultimately, to ensure you achieve your full potential

Although if you do want to continue working with me longer-term, and many of my clients do, I'm not going to push you out the door!

PROVIDE DETAILED MEASUREMENT TO ENCOURAGE ADHERENCE AND OPTIMISE RESULTS Adherence to exercise and lifestyle changes are so much easier when the benefits are measureable and tangible. To offer you complete transparency and a quantifiable return on your investment, I regularly measure and report on a number of key metrics (depending on your goals). Not only does this give you an objective marker of progress, but it can also help me identify any potential issues with your health and fitness which may be used to make a recommendation to seek professional medical advice or directed into your exercise programme to modify the training to enhance your results.

OFFER YOU FULL TRANSPARENCY AND A MEANS TO TRACK PROGRESS I want you to have full access to all your data and all the work we do together. Afterall you're paying for it. For complete transparency, and for the purposes of tracking and monitoring your progress, you will have access to your own online private dashboard. Your dashboard will house (where applicable) the results of your Health & Body Analyses, fitness test results, movement screening, agreed goals, workouts and training plans. Everything in the one place and at your finger tips wherever you are!

This service ethos means you'll gain the maximum results possible and see a measurable return on the investment your time and money deserves.

PERSONAL TRAINING

1-2-1

1-2-1 personal training is all about you.  It's bespoke to your goals, your abilities, your fitness and your journey.  It starts through conversation to gain a solid understanding of what makes you, you.  Your current health, fitness level, daily lifestyle, likes/dislikes and body composition.  Your relationship with activity, exercise, weight loss and nutrition.

 

It continues with support and a bespoke, realistic and sustainable plan for progression and goal achievement.  Each session is varied to maximise your enjoyment and progress you towards the goals we agree. Whilst I'll have a detailed plan for each session, the content can be changed depending on how you feel on the day.

Buddy

Clubbing together with a buddy makes personal training more affordable, you'll find yourself working harder as you push one another and it keeps you accountable to each other - providing that extra support to stick with your exercise commitments.  You'll probably laugh a whole lot more too!

Buddy sessions, by their nature, are less tailored to specific personal goals. They are more suited to building general fitness and strength. Although exercises will be modified with options to suit any variances in abilities. These sessions will have you working together or pitted against each other. A little competition goes a long way to helping you both achieve your potential!

Small Group

Enjoy the buzz, camaraderie, motivation, accountability and laughs of working out with a group? Why not split the cost and organise a personal training session for a maximum of 4. It has all the benefits of working out in a group, but I've got more time to give you all individual attention to keep you progressing. Drum up your friends for a session and maybe even plan in a coffee with them afterwards.

 

These sessions are pre-planned and designed to build general fitness, total body strength and enable all participants to achieve their full potential. Session format and content will vary weekly (to keep you all on your toes), with exercises modified to suit all abilities and fitness levels. Everyone is ensured a great workout!

HEALTH & FITNESS

HEALTH & BODY ANALYSIS

Knowing YOUR metrics is critical to success.  It provides a focus for your exercise programme and enables you to identify where positive lifestyle changes can be made.  Using a state-of-the-art segmental body composition scale this appointment will unlock 30+ key metrics, along with recommendations on your daily hydration and macronutrient needs (for weight loss, maintenance & gain).

HEALTH & BODY ANALYSIS TRACKER

Keeping track of YOUR metrics is also critical to success.  And is a powerful tool to increase motivation and adherence to your exercise programme.  This package includes 1 year of health and body composition monitoring.  All your data is presented in a private dashboard enabling you (and me) to track progress, adjust plans accordingly and identify where positive lifestyle changes can be made.
