Cancellation/No-Show Policy

I understand that Euan Ross Personal Training operates on a scheduled hourly appointment basis for personal training sessions. If I cancel a session with LESS than 24 hours notice, or don't show up, I shall lose that session from my plan. No refund will be given. However, I understand that I’m entitled to a one-time cancellation fee waiver, whereby I can cancel a session with less than 24-hours notice and not lose it from my plan. This does not apply to a no-show. Should my Personal Trainer cancel a session with LESS than 24-hours prior notice, my session will be rescheduled within 7days AND I shall be entitled to one additional free session. However, should my Personal Trainer cancel a session with MORE than 24-hours notice, I shall be entitled to no free session.
